Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Field Office Xi, Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project. For Delivery Of The Goods Please Refer To The Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Contract Similar To The Project And Equivalent To At Least Twenty-five Percent 25% Of The Abc.
