The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Using A Single-year Framework Agreement, Through The 2025 Quick Response Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Million Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-nine Pesos And Seventy-five Centavos (php190,375,279.75), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Buong Bansa Handa: Procurement Of Prepacked Family Food Packs For Regions Car, I, And Ii (cluster 1) Through Framework Agreement For Cy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirement After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Procuring Entity (pe). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
