The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Through The National Resource And Logistics Management Bureau (nrlmb), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy-six Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand One Hundred Fifty-four Pesos And Eighty-one Centavos (php76,610,154.81) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery And Installation Of New Mechanized Packing System With Vacuum Applications For Rice Under Ib No. Gop/24-dswd-158. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirement). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
