The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd) – Program Management Bureau Through The Program Management Bureau Cy 2023 Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos (php2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “hiring Of Consultant For The Skills Assessment Of The Multidisciplinary Team In The Provision Of Programs & Services Of The Dswd Residential Care Facilities” (rei No. Gop/23-dswd-001-a). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. 2. The Dswd Now Calls For The Submission Of Eligibility Documents For “hiring Of Consultant For The Skills Assessment Of The Multidisciplinary Team In The Provision Of Programs & Services Of The Dswd Residential Care Facilities”. Eligibility Documents Of Interested Consultants Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat On Or Before 02 January 2024 At 09:00 Am At The Bac Secretariat , 2nd Floor Mahusay Building, Dswd Central Office, Ibp Road, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Applications For Eligibility Will Be Evaluated Based On A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion. 3. The Study Aims To Assess The Skills Of The Residential Care Facilities Staff, Especially Those Involved In The Case Management Of Its Clients, The Multi-disciplinary Team (mdt), Composed Of Social Workers, House Parents, Psychologist Or Psychometricians, Medical Officer, Nurse, Manpower Development Officer, Among Others In The Provision Of Programs & Services Of The Dswd Residential Facilities. The Consultant Shall Submit An Inception Report Which Will Provide Details On The Analytical Framework, The Methodology And Design Of The Study, And The Timeline And Budget Using The Available Data And Information Related To The Implementation Of Programs And Services In Dswd-managed Residential Care Facilities. The Consultant Will Be In-charge Of The Implementation Of The Study, Including The Preparation Of Tools That Will Be Used For The Capacity Gap Analysis. At The End Of The Engagement, The Consultant Is Expected To Prepare A Narrative Report Detailing The Findings And Analysis Based On The Objectives And Present The Same To The Secretary. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184.
