The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Through The Information And Communications Technology Management Service (ictms) Fy2024 Continuing Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php6,690,200.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Subscription Of A Mapping Platform For Disaster Response Monitoring For The Establishment Of Disaster Response Command Center (drcc). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirement. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
