The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Through The Technical/advisor Assistance And Other Related Support Services (taaorss) Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-nine Pesos And Eleven Centavos (php9,012,629.11), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Supply And Delivery Of Customized And Fabricated Furniture For The Social Welfare And Development Center For Asia And The Pacific (swadcap) Academy Building Under Ib No. Gop/24-dswd-157-a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
