The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Through The National Resource And Logistics Management Bureau (nrlmb), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventeen Million Nine Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-three Pesos And Nineteen Centavos (php17,984,743.19) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of The Existing Mechanized Production System, Including One-year Maintenance Program At National Resource Operations Center (nroc) Under Ib No. Gop/24-dswd-076-a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirement). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
