The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Through Information And Communication Technology Management Service Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Two Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-three Pesos And Seventy-five Centavos (php9,283,873.75), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Ict Security Infrastructure Upgrade (facilities For Network And Security Operation Center). Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi. (schedule Of Requirement). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
