Description Invitation To Bid For Subscription Of A Mapping Platform And Geographic Information System (gis) Application For Disaster Response Monitoring For Central Office And Field Offices — Ib No. Gop/24-dswd-112 — (pr No. 2024091275) 1. The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (dswd), Through The Disaster Response Management Bureau (drmb) Funds For Cy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Three Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-one Pesos And Sixty-seven Centavos (php7,349,741.67) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Subscription Of A Mapping Platform And Geographic Information System (gis) Application For Disaster Response Monitoring For Central Office And Field Offices. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
