Description The Department Of Social Welfare And Development – Field Office Caraga, Through The General Appropriations Act For C.y. 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Pesos Only (php4,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Forwarding Services For The Hauling Of Humanitarian Cargo (project Identification No. 24-02-0610). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening.
