Invitation To Bid Procurement Of Cy 2025 Janitorial Services Ib No. 24-12-44 The Department Of Science And Technology-philippine Council For Agriculture, Aquatic, And Natural Resources Research And Development (dost-pcaarrd), Through The National Expenditure Program Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Seven Hundred Forty-four Thousand Ninety-eight Pesos And 53/100 (php5,744,098.53) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Cy 2025 Janitorial Services / Ib No. 24-12-44. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Dost-pcaarrd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required For Twelve (9) Months Of Service. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Twelve (12) Months From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
