Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Science And Technology-caraga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods And Services Are Required Within Five (5) Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed.
