Sample Of Final Report For Cleaner Production Technology (ctp) And Energy Audit (ea). 4. Registration Certificate From Sec, Dti For A Sole Proprietorship, Or Cda For Cooperatives. 5. Valid Mayor’s/ Business Permit With Kind Of Business (consultancy Services). 6. For Individual Consultants Not Registered Under A Sole Proprietorship, A Bir Certificate Of Registration Shall Be Submitted, In Lieu Of Dti Registration And Mayor’s / Business Permit. 7.
