The Department Of Science And Technology-cordillera Administrative Region (dost-car), Through The Authorized Appropriations Under The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos And Sixty Centavos (php 1,351,479.60) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Security Services Of The Dost-car For March To December 2025 Under Bid Ref. No. Dost-car-2412001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Dost-car Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Security Services Of The Dost-car For March To December 2025. Delivery Of The Services Is Required For The Period Of Ten Months. However, Renewal Of Contract For The Provision Of Security Service May Be Allowed Within One-year After The Original Contract Has Ended, As Per Gppb Resolution 06-2022, Subject To Provisions Stipulated Therein, And The Conduct Of Performance Evaluation As Well As The Availability Of Funds For The Ensuing Year. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
