The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a specified number of Financial years before the bid opening date. The value mentioned for this requirement is 2 years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 40% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - A valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR. - OEM Authorization Certificate and Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document. - Execution certificate by client with contract value - Third Party Inspection release note - Contract copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that service/supplies against the invoices have been executed - Product should conform to the corresponding Indian Standard and mandatorily registration as per Scheme-2 of BIS, and bear the “Standard Mark” under a license from Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-II of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards(Conformity Assessment) Regulations,2018, specifically IS 13252 (Part - 1).
