The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office, Through The Fy 2024 Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 9,799,875.23 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 24aa0563 - Improvement Of Road, Ablan Ave., Laoag City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 65 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
