The Major Category Of Work For The Project Is Bicwoplc - Buildings: Construction - Without Piles - Low Rise - Concrete (frame) (1 To 5 Storeys) 4. Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Size Range Of At Least Small B For General Engineering.
