The Dpwh-pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office, Through Fy 2024 Ra 11975 Reg 2024 Current Sr2024-01-002622/sr2024-01-002643 Co-eao Intends To Apply The Sum Of ₱3,225,766.80 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Contract Contract Id No. 24gci0023 – Procurement And Installation Of Window Blinds (3rd Floor), Delivery Of Metal Shelves And Other Supplies Use For Storage Area, Stock Rooms And Main Entrance Of Building @ Dpwh – Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh-pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Duration Of Services Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Bidder/contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Registration Certificate From Sec, Department Of Trade And Industry (dti) For Sole Proprietorship, Or Cda For Cooperatives; (b) Mayor’s/business Permit Issued By The City Or Municipality Where The Principal Place Of Business Of The Prospective Bidder Is Located Or The Equivalent Document For Exclusive Economic Zones Or Areas; (c) Tax Clearance Per Executive Order 398, Series Of 2005, As Finally Reviewed And Approved By The Bir; (d) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation; (e) Completion Of Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids; And (f) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc Or In Lieu Of The Nfcc Computation, A Committed Line Of Credit (clc) Specific To The Contract To Be Bid From A Universal Or Commercial Bank. 3.
