The Department Of Public Works And Highways-regional Office I, Through The Quick Response Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 22,990,160.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair/rehabilitation Of School Buildings Which Were Damaged By Typhoon "egay" In Region I, Cabuloan Elementary School, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan With Contract Id No. 24a00585. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Public Works And Highways-regional Office I, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 210 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
