The Department Of Public Works And Highways Regional Office Xi, Davao City, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Bidders To Submit Bids For The Infra Project Funded Under Cy 2024 Dpwh Gaa, To Wit: Contract Id : 24l00285 Contract Name/location : Lgu Hospitals – Malita Women’s And Children’s Wellness Center, Davao Occidental Scope Of Works : Facilities For The Engineer; Other General Requirements; Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, And Sanitary/plumbing Works; Earthwork; Plain And Reinforced Concrete Work; Finishing And Other Civil Works; Electrical; Mechanical Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 49,750,000.00 Contract Duration : 360 Cal. Days The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Rejected Automatically At Bid Opening. 2. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A To Large B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 3.
