The Department Of Public Works And Highways-regional Office I, Through The Fy 2024 Gaa, R.a. 11975 Unprogrammed Appropriations (ua) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 173,700,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Missing Links/ New Roads, Pangasinan-nueva Vizcaya Road - K0213+700 - K0214+140, K0214+380 - K0214+520, K0214+710 - K0215+460, K0216+865 - K0217+160 With Contract Id No. 24a00654. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
