Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of Small B For Roads, Highway Pavement And Railways, Airport Horizontal Structures And Bridges. The Bidder Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
