To Be Eligible To Bid For These Contracts, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: A) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A, B) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And C) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc.
