The Description Of An Eligible Bidders Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Aaaa And Aaa And Size Range Large B. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents. Contractors/applicants Who Wish To Participate In This Bidding Are Encouraged To Enroll In The Dpwh Civil Works Application (cwa) At The Dpwh – Central Office, Procurement Service (prs) 5th Floor, Bonifacio Drive, Manila While Those Already Enrolled Shall Keep Their Records Current And Updated.
