The Dpwh Pangasinan 2nd District Engineering Office Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Hereunder Works: Name Of Contract : Repair/maintenance Of Dpwh Main Building (guardhouse 2, Front Gate & Fence) And Other Usage Buildings (bac Building, Supply, Server Room, Esu Parking), Pangasinan 2nd Deo, Alvear St., Lingayen, Pangasinan Contract Id No. : 24ah0186 Location : Lingayen, Pangasinan Scope Of Works : Repair/maintenance Of Building Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 3,500,000.00 Contract Duration : 75 Calendar Days 3. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Small B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc.
