Haguimit, Santa Cruz, Marinduque Scope Of Works : Construction Of 13 Columns And 5 Footings; Footing Tie Beams; Floor Beams; Roof Beams; Slab On Fill; Wallfootings; Suspended Slab; Stairway; Roof Framing And Roofing Works. It Also Includes Concrete Gutter; Complete Sets Of Doors And Windows; Painting Works; Ceiling; Formworks; Plumbing Works; 100mm And 150mm Chb Walls; Cement Plaster Finish; Waterproofing; Tile Works; Railings; Fire Escape Ladder; Airconditioning Units; Electrical Works And Solar Panel With Inverter, Battery And Other Devices; Zoning Fee/locational Clearance, Professional Fee, Filing Fee, Occupancy Permit And Electrical Fee.
