Due To Budget Constrain, The Second Unit Only Has Exterior Painting (no Interior Painting), Accent Walls And Signage Were Also Not Included In The Scope. Approved Budget For The Contract : ₱ 39,600,000.00 Contract Duration : 280 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Size Range Medium A, Pcab License Category Of (b) For General Engineering.
