The Department Of Public Works And Highways-regional Office I, Through The Doh Health Facilities Enhancement Program (hfep) Specific Budgets Of National Government Agencies Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 11,940,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of New Super Health Centers/rhu - Mabini Super Health Center, Pangasinan With Contract Id No. 24a00595. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Public Works And Highways-regional Office I, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 300 Calendar Days.
