Original Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement And Original Notarized Authority Of Signing Official/board Resolution/secretary’s Certificate/special Power Of Attorney Or Any Equivalent Document (if Applicable), Shall Be Attached Upon Submission Of The Quotation. 6.
