Ana Wharf – R. Castillo), Package 8, Davao City Scope Of Works : Construction Of 4-lane Road With 50mm Thick Asphalt Pavement; Construction Of Pccp 300mm Thk. Installation Of Road Signs; Installation Of Drainage Pipe With Manholes; Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert W/coping & Piles, Shoring, Cribbing, And Cofferdamming; Construction Of Other Minor Drainage Structures; Installation Of Street Lights; Construction Of Bicycle Lane And Landscaping (softscape) Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 145,227,675.00 Contract Duration : 300 Cal. Days The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Rejected Automatically At Bid Opening. 2. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A To Large B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 3. The Dpwh Will Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria In The Eligibility Check, Preliminary Examination Of Bids, Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification, And Award. 4. If At The Time Of The Post-qualification Procedure, The Bac Verifies That Any Of The Deficiencies Is Due To The Contractor’s Fault Or Negligence Pursuant To 34.3(b)(ii)(c) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184, The Procuring Entity Shall Disqualify The Contractor From The Award Without Any Right To Reimburse Fees And Incidental Cost Paid For The Procurement Of Infrastructure Contract Subject Of The Bid. 5.
