The Government Of The Republic Of The Philippines (gop), Through The Department Of Public Works And Highways (dpwh) Has Received A Loan From Japan International Cooperation Agency (jica) Towards The Cost For The Construction Of The Road Network Development Project In Conflict-affected Areas In Mindanao (rndp-caam) And Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds Of This Loan To Eligible Payments Under The Contract For Sub-project 9 Contract Package 2, Manuangan-parang Road, Sta. 7+680 To Sta. 10+480. 2. The Dpwh Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Construction And Completion Of The 2-lane Road Having A Total Length Of L=2.80 Km Including One (1) Bridge With A Length Of L=618.75 M, Which Is Being Offered As A Unit Price Contract Based On The Bill Of Quantities. This Is An International Competitive Bidding (icb). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Procedures In Accordance With The Applicable Guidelines For Procurement Under Japanese Oda Loans And Is Open To All Bidders From Eligible Source Countries, As Defined In The Bidding Documents. 4.
