Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Forty-five (45) Calendar Days From Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
