As The Current Facility Is Out Of Date And No Longer Is Fit To Serve Its’ Purpose, It Is Being Replaced With A New Facility. What Is Required Is An Architectural Consultant To Design The Site And All Required Servicing – Including All Civil Works, Roads, Landscaping, Utilities And Required Upgrades, Building And Structures Foundation Design, Any Required Fencing, Demolition Of Existing Buildings And Coordination Of Phasing And Traffic Plans.
