The Primary Users Within The Region Will Be The Department Of National Defense And Correctional Service Of Canada. There Are Two (2) Streams Applicable To This Requirement, Stream 1 – All Suppliers And Stream 2 – Procurement Strategy For Indigenous Business. Each Stream And Location Will Be Evaluated Separately, With The Compliant Offer With The Lowest Evaluated Price Per Location For Each Stream Issued A Standing Offer.
