The Dps Intends To Enter Into A Contract With One Or More Tenderers Substantially In The Form Of The Draft Contract At Schedule 3 To This Request For Tender (rft). Some Modifications To The Terms And Conditions Of The Draft Contract May Be Required To Reflect The Nature Of The Preferred Tenderer(s)' Solution, Including Approach To Implementation And Integration. Depending On The Nature And Scope Of Tenders Received, And Subject To The Overall Value For Money Assessment, The Dps Has A Preference If Practicable To Select A Single Tenderer To Provide The Services For All 3 Categories As A Prime Contractor. In This Regard, Tenderers Are Encouraged To Consider Submitting A Consortium Tender.  Any Consortium Tender Is Required To Nominate A Single Tendering Entity And Point Of Contact For All Communications In Relation To This Rft, And A Structure For The Management And Governance Of The Consortium. The Dps's Preferred Contracting Model For A Consortium Tender Is A Single Legal Entity Nominated To Perform The Role Of Prime Contractor, With Subcontractor Arrangements For 1 Or More Categories.
