Play Spaces Are Required For Mira River Provincial Park In Albert Bridge, Ns And Smiley’s Provincial Park In Brooklyn, Ns. The Contract(s) Resultant From This Rfp Will Be Awarded On A Site-by-site Basis And May Be Awarded To Two Separate Proponents. Responsibilities Of The Design Build Contractor Include But Are Not Limited To: Design Drawings, Construction Drawings And Specifications, Logistics, Subcontracting, Construction, And Construction Management For The New Natural Play Space At Each Respective Site. Work At Each Site Will Include Specific Site Preparation Requirements A Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Provided To Prospective Proponents To Ensure All Parties Are Aware Of The Details And Services Expected Of Them. The Proponent (or Proponent’s Representative With A Letter Of Authorization From The Proponent) Must Be In Attendance For The Entire Duration Of The Site Visit.
