The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor. The bidder should have completed contracts of similar nature and complexity. Specifically, the bidder should have: - Project/Work Manager: BE (Civil) with at least 2 years experience - Site Engineer: BE (Civil) or Diploma (Civil) with at least 2 years experience - Plant Engineer: B.E. (Mech.) or Dip. (Mech.) with at least 2 years experience - Quality Control Engineer: B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years experience - Survey Engineer: ITI qualified Surveyor The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are to be provided by the bidder, with details such as the name of the contract, location, nature of work, contract number and date, percentage and amount of participation, and percentage and amount subcontracted to be filled out in FORMAT 2-2 for Experience on Similar Works. If the bidder proposes to use named Sub-Contractor(s) for critical components of the works, or for work contents in excess of 10 percent of the value of the whole works, the bidder should supply information about the Sub-Contractor(s).
