The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor. The experience required includes details such as the number of years of experience in their own country and other countries, value of the total contract, date of award and completion, contract duration, and specified requirements like earthwork, Granular sub-base/base, RE walls, and concrete in bridges. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder should have completed similar works satisfactorily in the last five years, with values not less than: - 80% of the estimated cost of work (one similar work) - 50% of the estimated cost of work (two similar works each) - 40% of the estimated cost of work (three similar works each) The bidder should provide details of similar works completed, including the identification number of the contract, name of the contract, location, type of works, employer's details, nature of works, and special features. They should also provide the value of the total contract and percentage of participation of the firm in the project. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project, calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder should undertake to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation and have access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities, certified by the Bankers, which should be at least 10% of the contract value.
