The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed civil engineering works, with details of earthwork, Granular sub-base/base, RE Walls, and Concrete in bridges. The bidder should provide a certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder is required to fill out a format that includes details of their experience on similar works. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover and should have completed contracts of similar nature and complexity. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project/work, and they should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during the implementation of the work. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should be updated to the price level of the year indicated in the appendix to the ITB. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature and complexity, with a minimum value of similar works completed in the last five years, updated to the price level of the year indicated in the bidding document.
