The bidder is required to have experience in similar works, with a maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years, as a prime contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience as a Prime Contractor, with a specified number of years of experience in their own country and other countries. The bidder needs to demonstrate their capability of execution and completion of works as per technical specifications, within the stipulated period of completion. The bidder is also required to provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the total contract, contract duration, and specified requirements. The bidder should provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The information shall include the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion.
