The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder must have completed similar services, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 14108611.2; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 17635764; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 28217222.4. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in providing services during each of the financial years. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 1000 Lakh. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and Startups are exempted from the experience and turnover criteria. Valid proof for experience criteria includes contract copy, execution certificate, or other documents supporting contract execution.
