The Department Of Labor And Employment, Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City, Through The Maintenance And Other Operating Expenses (mooe) Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of The Following Procurement Project In The Amount Of Eight Million Six Hundred Eighty-seven Thousand Thirty-six Pesos And Thirty-six Centavos (php 8,687,036.36) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment Under 2024 Computerization Program And Additional Printers To Expedite Daily Transactions And Optimize Productivity. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Shall Be Automatically Rejected. The Department Of Labor And Employment, Regional Office No. 5 Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Dole Ro5 Within Thirty (30) Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
