Description Supply Of Labor, Materials, Technical Supervision For The Annual Electrical Preventive Maintenance For The Dole Ro5 Building. General Requirements: 1 Lot - 1. Mobilization / Demobilization. 2. Cleaning Of Working Areas And Disposal Of Debris (if Any) For Final Turnover. 3. Safety Provisions: Safety Tools, Devices, Signages, Ppes, Etc. 4.project Leader Should Be A Licensed Electrical Engineer With At Least One (1) Year Experience Of Technical Supervision On Electrical Preventive Maintenance For Building/s. Scope Of Work: 1 Lot - Scope Of Work Shall Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Following: 1. Walk-around Inspection: 1.1 Conduct Walk-around Inspection On All Electrical Rooms, Genset Rooms And Other Areas With Containing Electrical Equipment. 2. Conduct General Preventive Maintenance 2.1 General Cleaning Of Ee Room, Panel Board, Wire Gutter And Pull Boxes. 2.2 Painting Of Dole Electrical Room Including Wall, Ceiling And Flooring (white And Blue Latex Paint) 2.3 Painting/refurbishing Of Panel Boards (gray) At Ee Room. 2.4 Fabrication Paintingand Installation Of 1-wire Gutter, 1-panel Board Cover And 1 Pull Box Cover At Ee Room. 2.5 Replacement Of Defective Branch Circuit Breaker (if Any). 2.6 Installation Of Separate Lighting, 1 Light Bulb And 1 Switch At Ee Room. 2.7 Sealing Of Holes At Ee Room. 2.8 Provide Updated Single Line Diagram (cad), Based On Present Circuit Connection, Reference- Dole Ee Plan. 3. Labeling And Tagging Of All Breaker And Panel Boards (with Labeling Machine) 4. Load Balancing To All Panels 5. Observe Safety Precaution On The Whole Duration Of The Preventive Maintenance Including Loto On All Equipment Currently Under Preventive Maintenance 6. Energization And Power Up (to Back Up And Normal Power) Documentation: 1.submission Of Electrical Preventive Maintenance Report In Two (2) Hard Copies And Electronic Files Containing But Not Be Limited To The Following: A. Description Of The Project B. Methodology C. Final Test Reports (indicating Standard Parameters) D. Findings And Recommendations E. Eligibility Of Electrical Engineer F. Photographs Depicting The Following: -date -location -equipment Used 2. Submission Of Certificate Of Preventive Maintenance Signed By The Electrical Engineer In-charge. 3.
