Total Quantity Item Description 7,000 Liters Fuel, Oil, Lubricants, And Other Car Care Services Such As, But Not Limited To: Check-up, Car Wash, Change Oil Fuel Type: Diesel The Fuel, Oil, Lubricant (fol) Provider Shall Provide The Fuel, Lubricants, And Other Service Requirements Of Government Vehicle The Fol Provider Should Have A Gasoline Station Accessible (nearby – Within 3kms Radius) To Dhsud – Ncr (kalayaan Ave. Cor. Mayaman St. Diliman, Quezon City) Terms And Conditions: 1. Interested Bidders Must Submit An E-copy Of The Documentary Requirements Listed Below Along With The Proposal/quotation; 2. Price Quotation/s, To Be Denominated In Philippine Peso Shall Include All Taxes, Duties And/or Levies Payable; 3. Quotations Exceeding The Approved Budget For The Contract Shall Be Rejected; 4.
