Description One (1) Passenger Van Duration: Maximum Of Fifteen (15) Hours Per Day – 04 To 08 November 2024 Tentative Itinerary: Day 1: Pick-up From Dhsud Kalayaan Ave. To Abra De Ilog Port, Occidental Mindoro Inspection Mamburao, Santa Cruz Day 2: Inspection: Sablayan Day 3: Inspection: Calintaan, Rizal, San Jose, Magsaysay Day 4: Capability Program Day 5: Abra De Ilog Port To Dhsud Kalayaan Ave. Specifications: • Vehicle Must Be Manufactured From 2019 – Present • At Least Ten (10) Seating Capacity With Sufficient Space For Luggage And Training Materials • Vehicle Must Be In Good Working Condition • All Features And Vehicle Parts Must Be Functioning Well Such As But Not Limited To: Vehicle Brakes, Signal Lights, Tire Pressure, And Full Air-conditioning System Among Other Relevant Parts/functions • Should Have Existing And Valid Registration And/or Licenses With The Appropriate Government Entity As Required By Law Notes: • The Dhsud Mimaropa Shall Not Be Responsible In Case Of Damage Or Destruction By Reason Or Cause Through Fortuitous Event • Inclusive Of Fuel Cost Covering The Rental Period Requirement • Inclusive Of Driver’s Fees, Meals, And Accommodation • Dates May Change One (1) To Two (2) Weeks After The Indicated Date Herein • No Downpayment, Send Bill Arrangement Quotes Shall Be Inclusive Of All Costs And Applicable Taxes (i.e. Bank Charges, Vat, Other Charges, Etc.)
