The Department Of Health Treatment And Rehabilitation Center – Bicutan (doh Trc Bicutan) Through The Gaa 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six Pesos And 28/100 Only (php 1,954,166.28) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Various Medical Equipment And Supplies For Cy 2025 Under Ib No. 2024-11. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Doh Trc Bicutan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Conformance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Contracts Similar To The Contract To Be Bid From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
