Description Republic Of The Philippines Department Of Health Central Office Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Repair And Renovation Of Doh Gymnasium Ib No. Cw-2024-001 1. The Department Of Health (doh), Through The Quick Response Fund (qrf) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-nine Million Six Hundred Ninety-three Thousand One Hundred Seventy-eight Philippine Pesos And Fifty-three Centavos (php39,693,178.53) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair And Renovation Of Doh Gymnasium Under Ib No. Cw-2024-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Doh Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Specifications. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
