The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through Funds From Gop- Phm- Msd- Sto, Two Million Pesos (php 2,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Negotiated Procurement For The Procurement Of Transportation Services For Use In Monitoring Activities Of Programs And Health Facilities, Conduct Of Trainings/seminars And Other Activities Of Doh-evchd In Region Viii (framework Agreement) For 12 Months. 2. In View Of The Two-failed Biddings, The Department Of Health – Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally And Financially Capable Bidders For The Above-mentioned Project In Accordance With Sec. 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of R.a. 9184. 3. Delivery Of The Services Is Required For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months Upon Receipt Of Approved Notice To Proceed (ntp) And Approved Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). The Procurement Procedure For This Project Is Negotiated Procurement Due To Two (2) Failed Biddings Pursuant To Sec. 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The R.a. 9184, Including Annex “h” Thereof. The Bac Will Engage In Negotiations With A Sufficient Number Of Bidders To Ensure Effective Competition.
