The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through Funds From General Appropriations Act 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (php 720,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of It And Avp Equipment Under Ib No. 2024-119. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Approved Notice To Proceed (ntp) And Approved Purchase Order (po) With Advance Written Notice Of Delivery From The Bidder Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior To Delivery. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
