The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development Now Invites Bids For The For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
